Creative Flow Institute

We are currently ISO a dance teacher who is excellent with the little little guys! 3&4 year olds specifically! Miss Sarah and Miss Yvette currently share the class, and as we are expanding a bit post shut downs, we will be needing to hire someone specific to that age group. Desired experience: at least two years of tap and ballet, along with anything that may qualify you to work with little developing minds in a group setting! Our little guys are not only learning about rhythm and dance, but are expanding their social skills, and we want to take care of that! Also coming up: building our substitute list! That is secondary at this time, however

Jazz 1 and 2 are blended today. The 5pm stretch class will have no changes. Thank you! -- Miss Sarah

Jazz Students: All students in Jazz 1 & 2 need to have the proper shoes by the end of February, as stated in the dress code. Students will be asked to sit out as of March 2nd, without proper attire. Please speak with Miss Sarah if you are having difficulty finding/obtaining shoes. We prefer split sole canvas shoes with laces, but other full-foot jazz shoes are acceptable. All students will need black ones for the performance in June, however, so that is something to consider on your shopping trips!

We are still aiming to open for in-person lessons on January 18th. Miss Sarah and staff are taking a break through the 3rd, and will resume teaching via Zoom on the 4th. Things to look for: A new system for registration and tuition payment. System also includes a mass communication component, so you will no longer need to rely solely on Facebook for updates. You will receive texts, calls, or emails. We will be phasing that in a few students at a time, beginning with the... adults. Enough experimenting and testing has been done that we are confident in using and maintaining the new software, and it is incredibly user friendly. Our situation is still fluid and changing rapidly. We are taking great care to ensure that the second some consistency is available, it will be provided. Hey grown-ups!!! Come get some you time!

We will resume Zoom sessions on January 4th, 2021. The schedule will mimick our in person schedule. We did not make any permanent changes last week, only changes to accommodate some students who would have been left out due to the holiday. If you paid your December Tuition and have not participated in any virtual sessions, it will be rolled over into January. Hip Hop @ 4pm today and Ballet/Jazz Combo at 5. Please let us know if you did not receive the links/meeting ID and password screenshots. All students are welcome to take each class for the next two days! Might be a good chance to get them exposed to another style, if you'd like!

A zoom class schedule for the next few days will be sent out tonight, keep your eyes peeled on your emails These will be group classes for Ballet, Jazz, Tap, and HipHop. Saturday @ 10am Miss Sarah will be doing a group class as well. All ages and levels, we just want to dance with you before Christmas!
