Today I celebrate Najari Smith, a true leader in the Northern California community. His organization, @richcityrides, provides opportunity for so many people, which ultimately instills higher levels of confidence. I am all for that! ........... It started with a dream over 10 years ago. He then worked tirelessly to combine his resources with those who were willing to share theirs, and he wasn’t going to take no for an answer. This is how one makes a dream come true. Rich Cit...y Rides was created on the belief that bicycles can unite neighborhoods and community members. .......... I headed over to Richmond a few weeks ago and talked with Najari about his and the shops history, current challenges and future goals. The shop was the beneficiary of @Achieveptc recent Marin Gravel Classic, which is where the video interview in our bio link was from. A shout out to all supporters of the event who raise over $2000 for the Najari’s organization. See more

Donuts and coffee...the breakfast of champions! Hey, moderation in everything is key, right! .......... In all seriousness, the food and hospitality industry has been decimated by the COVID-19 pandemic. Survival has required a combination of factors that are likely a little different for each establishment. This post is to give a shout out to a friend and client, @mattaccarrino for digging deep, dedicating himself to his trade and grinding away with an unwillingness to quit. Like me, supporting local community is important to him, and one of the reasons he continues to charge forward. Quality is also of high importance, which I can guarantee will be met when you support him, whether it’s donuts and coffee (9am-12pm Sat & Sun) or dinner take out from Accarrino’s (served out of his restaurant @spqrsf).
