We at Daisy's Auto Registration have been dying to announce that... (drumroll).... WE ARE RELOCATING!!! . God willing, we will be up and running at our new location by January, 2021. The intention is to slowly transition from our current location into the new one (also in Moreno Valley), but as of now we are fully operating at our current location and plan on remaining open throughout most of 2021. . Hi guys, Daisy here! Just keeping you in the loop with our business operations (By the way, I know I look silly. But hey, safety first!)... While we are still operating under regular business hours, we have implemented some adjustments that may affect your visit. We are allowing only one person at a time in the office. The lobby is officially closed! However, we have arranged some seating outside, with chairs spaced 6 feet apart. If you can avoid bringing your families with you, please do so! For those of you who do not have a choice, you may wait in your vehicles, and we will be happy to come to you. Simply call us when you are in the parking lot and be ready to hand us your documents. If you can, please wear gloves and bring your own pens. Most transactions are rather quick, so appointments may not be needed, but we are now offering appointments as well. We are trying our very best to accommodate each and everyone one of our customers during this crisis, so feel free to call us if you have any special requests. Last but not least, I want to thank you for your continued support and loyalty through these hard times! As you all know, COVID-19 is hugely impacting small businesses. But thanks to you we are managing. The smallest and simplest transactions mean a huge deal to us! Hello everyone! Just want to give you a quick business update. As of now our office is open and operating its regular business hours. We don't know of when or if DMV is closing due to the COVID-19 virus. My assumption is that it will be closing very soon, if not already. We will attempt to keep our doors open as long as possible throughout this outbreak. Although we do have the ability to operate while DMV is closed, for your safety and that of our staff, we too may suddenly... close; Therefore, we ask that you call our office before you visit. It is imperative that we do not panic but certainly respect this corona virus pandemic. As a community we each need to do our part in keeping ourselves and our families safe, while being courteous to others. Rest assured that we are doing our best at Daisy's Registration to keep our office as clean as possible. To take additional precautions, we recommend that you bring your own pens and hand sanitizer when possible. Customer had issues getting his Polaris registered at DMV. Took me 5 minutes to get him registered

Hey guys! It's Tax Season and many of you are buying used vehicles with your tax return. I'd like to share with you the most common mistakes I see people make when purchasing a used vehicle. MISTAKE #1 BUYING A VEHICLE WITH NO TITLE! Yes, in some cases it works out fine, mainly (not always!) when the seller is the actual registered owner and gives you a Bill of Sale (provided the correct information is on it) . You're still however taking a huge risk buying with no title. S...o, although I do not recommend to buy without a title, one precaution you can take to minimize registration issues is to at the least ID the seller and ask for the most current registration card to verify the following: a. that they are who they say they are (the registered owner) b. that the registration is up to date c. that there are no lienholders MISTAKE #2 BUYING FROM AN AUCTION Although some dealers do provide all the required paperwork, again, from my experience, rarely do I see all that is needed. Should you purchase a vehicle from an auction, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, ask for a REPORT OF SALE. If they don not know what a REPORT OF SALE is, then that's a red flag. California dealers must provide a REPORT OF SALE when selling to the public.... and this is nothing new!!! MISTAKE #3 BUYING A VEHICLE WITH BACK FEES and believing that you will not pay for back fees because you didn't own the vehicle at the time. There are very, very few exceptions to this, so buy at your own risk! MISTAKE #4 BUYING A VEHICLE WITHOUT A CURRENT SMOG CHECK. Sellers may promise that the vehicle will pass the smog check inspection and that it has never failed before. My suggestion to avoid being stuck with a vehicle that won't pass smog is to smog the vehicle yourself FOR GOODNESS SAKE! It's way better to be out $55 dollars than thousands, if/when it doesn't pass the inspection. Also take note, it's the seller's responsibility to smog a vehicle right before selling it, however, I still recommend to take it yourself to a smog station you trust. You can even go with the sellers. Strongly suggest this! That said, happy tax season to you! May your purchasing a vehicle go well. Please keep me in mind for all your registration needs.
