No more continuity of obligation issues

I wanted to give everyone some positive feedback on where the rates are at. We have had a huge shift over the last 3 months and mortgage rates continue to drop. If you are ready to get moving on dropping your rate before they get moving on you, call me or pm me.

Food for thought. When doing a home loan in the state of california, if you are a state or ocounty employee i can get you a quarter better on interest rates and that is amazing. For example, if i quote you a rate of 3.125% on a 15 year loan i can reduce it buy another quarter and that would bring you down to 2.875% with no charge for the rate. The program is called PATH

Good Morning from Mountain West financial. Did you know that mortgage rates have dropped. The ten year treasury is trading at 1.74 and i think it will continue to drop. Employment numbers will be in later this week along with retail sales and auto sales. So many industries control the 10 year treasury and in my eye's, we will continue to see a drop. Its time for eveyone to get rid of the old mortgage loan you have and tap into better mortgage rates. I am here to help.
