ROCKLIN! We have our first ever outdoor event coming your way! We are partnering with Absolute Flex Appeal for a 40 minute sweat sesh to kick off the Fall season. Tickets will be on sale via our Facebook Page this Sunday! (2) classes will be held November 7th, Saturday morning at 8:30am and 9:30am.
