Wonderful article by Fortune Magazine, not like we needed anymore motivation to start taking control of our own food supply.

Our lettuce is already starting to peak through! We get our seeds from Johnny's Selected Seeds, inserted them into these moss grow blocks, and made sure they stayed in a warm dark area, with plenty of watering. If these babies keep it up, we're gonna move them into our Aeroponic Tower Gardens so they can really take off. #takecontrolofyourfoodsupply

We've decided to begin taking control of our food supply and we began germination a couple days ago. It is time to start moving away from our out-dated version of commercial farming here in the Coachella Valley; Not only to save water, but to provide organic, and NON-GMO produce that is not only better for the environment, but better for our human health. GMO Free USA, thank you for inspiring us. Tower Garden, thank you for the towers that will use 95% less water and take up 90% less land. Shout-out to Johnny's Selected Seeds as well.
