***Announcement*** The Coachella Valley Autism Society is excited to announce that we have coordinated efforts with the Autism Society Inland Empire to better serve our community here in the Coachella Valley. Effective January 1, 2021, all programs, services, and other activities will be provided under the Autism Society Inland Empire name. We expect to bring you the same great programs that we have in the past, such as information and referral, parent support groups, advoca...cy, education and training, fun social and family events, etc. and hope to expand services that are provided by the Inland Empire. The Autism Society Inland Empire provides critical programs and services for children and adults with autism and their family members across the lifespan, including guiding families through a new diagnosis, empowering and equipping families and individuals to navigate the numerous systems they will encounter, providing opportunities to explore and learn new skills, and identifying gaps and systemic issues and then working to solve these issues.
