Eleanor Bird Henry arrived world-side at 4:06 pm on 8/24/15, both a bit early and right on time. She is 5 lbs, 9 oz.; 19 inches long. She's already great at being cute, having the family lips, nursing, and teaching us all important life lessons about living with uncertainty, and trusting in things we can't see. We are in love.

Regram @gretchenrubin Absolutely. I would go a bit further and say it's necessary to give a lot to yourself when you are also demanding a lot from yourself.
