COVID-19 Vaccine Information: Phase 1B, Tier 1 for Educators is open in Orange County pending vaccine allocation. (CSUF employees are in Tier 1, 1B) CSUF emailed employees during the week of Feb. 22nd a letter of certification showing proof of eligibility to show at the vaccination site. There are several ways to obtain the vaccine and everyone is encouraged to register and inquire through all available resources. Scroll for ways to register for vaccine appointments and find... the latest info online at coronavirus.fullerton.edu/vaccine-and-testing. We’re all in this together! Navigating multiple county sources for a chance to secure the vaccine isn’t easy. Share your tips and techniques on securing your vaccine appointment with your colleagues and on social media using the hashtag #CSUFVaccineTips so those who wish to get the vaccine in our campus community can secure it too. CSU Chancellor Timothy White and senior leadership call for unity and understanding following days of civil unrest across the nation: "Today we write to you wit...h heavy hearts. Never in our lifetimes has there been a sense of helplessness so profound, felt by so many. Feelings of helplessness, unabated, turn to frustration, and frustration to outrage. As our society and our nation are pulled apart by the powerful, centrifugal forces of hatred, intolerance, bigotry, ignorance, selfishness and greed, the California State University will continue to be a beacon for the world through these heart-wrenchingly difficult times, transforming the feelings of helplessness for many into hopefulness for all."
