Tonight! Join us for a screening of A Quiet Place with Professor Fingal. We will be starting the event with a short hang out session, followed by two costume contests with prizes. THE FIRST contest will be of your childhood costumes (please email those images to [email protected] by noon on Nov 2nd). The Association of Asian American Studies is hosting a Virtual Book Fair this week via Zoom. Professor Susie Woo (author of Framed by War: Korean Children and Women at the Crossroads of US Empire) and UC Irvine Professor Long Bui (author of Returns of War: South Vietnam and the Price of Refugee Memory) will be discussing their books this Thursday, August 13 from 1-2pm.
