New first time Resident Process is now open! Some Important Dates to remember: Friday, April 3 at 5 p.m is the deadline for students to complete the application and contract in order to be considered for the self-select room selection process. (Students can still apply after this date) Thursday, April 9 Students will receive either a waitlist email or an email with a date and time to choose a room, and instructions on how to complete the process (subject to space availabil...ity). Monday, April 17 Room selection ends. Things to Remember Have your Net ID and password ready Review the License Agreement Understand the meal plan options and which are available to you Know the important dates Understand the different occupancy types to select occupancy preferences Clear any past due balance Have the required payments to complete your application and contract o $ 40.00 application fee o $ 500.00 initial payment Understand the Methods of payment o Electronic check no service fee o Credit Card 2.75% service fee

General reminder that Pioneer Scholarships are now open! Students can apply between now and January 31st. Please keep in mind, students have to complete the General application/ My Story on top of completing the scholarship application. Per the Emergency Operations Center we have received notification from PG&E that Student Housing will not be affected by the power outage. WE ARE NOW RESTORING TO REGULAR HOURS OF OPERATIONS. 24/7 FDA’s and RAOD have concluded

Residents remain cautious, read the email titled Possible PG&E Power Outage in your horizon email account, and pick up your supplies from the Lassen Community Room. ALL elevators will be closed for the entire duration of the power outage; refer to using stairways. Front desks personnel will be present in all buildings with elevators and will be checking in residents to ensure safety protocols. El Dorado Front Desk will remain open for the duration of the power outage.
