If you order by phone please make sure that you get confirmation. We will have two pick up times 6pm and 7pm, hopefully this will make for a smoother experience. Kinda my new home away from home while I’m working in Redding. The 5 dollar pork tacos(legit delicious smoked tacos....pssst get the secret spicy sauce!!!) and 20 dollar green fees had me from hello, but it’s the fun course and friendly people that keep bringing me back. You can work on your game with lessons from Geoff Wild, he’s a great teacher, loves the game, and his prices are so reasonable. It’s perfect size for kids to learn on, and the owners Jim and Lynnelle (sp?) ...are incredibly awesome! What are you waiting for? See you on the tees! Da Gabroni!

I have a weakness crumbsmaniacs! It’s called a double double animal style-protein style.....it’s one of my vices, and brings back fond memories for me from when I was a child visiting my mother in L.A. My hometown of Santa Barbara didn’t even get one until the late 90’s, so it was a treat every summer. They do it right. Ok back to the vegetables tomorrow!

Lucky Millers Deli is a great little deli/pizza/burger joint. I can’t believe that I haven’t heard of this place before. Now that I know I’m telling everyone....

What’s up crumbsmaniacs????!!! Happy New Year! Saturday January 16th we will have a few special pre-fix dinners for your take out dining pleasure. This will be pre order only, so that I don’t have a lot of waste. The proteins I will be featuring will be: Short rib... House cured salmon Crispy fried chicken breast House marinated tofu Look for some different flavor profiles compared to our normal menu. I’m already excited to get back in the kitchen and thats a good sign. We look forward to feeding you soon and keep an eye out for the menu later this week! I have to share this with those trying to get healthy this New Year. I happened to stop in to Save Mart, a family owned chain of supermarkets. This one is located on upper churn creek in Redding. It’s an amazing store, anyway while I was walking around I ended up by their smoothie/juice bar and I started talking to the kid behind the counter. It turns out that you can pick out your own produce and take it to them and they will juice it for you directly!! I’m now addicted.... This is my mostly organic 32oz. Carrot, kale, beet, apple, cucumber, celery and ginger juice. For approximately 8-10 dollars give or take each time. Depending upon weight. This is a game changer, and a great affordable way for me to get my juice!

Does anyone know what happens when you take a mornay sauce and toss it with cooked elbow macaroni, then toss it in the oven to bake for around an hour at 350 This. This is what happens!

We are sold out of sushi platters!! This is awesome thank you! It sounds like we are going to have to do a sushi night. There were multiple requests for smaller portions. Heard loud and clear. Give me a couple of weeks. I need to clear the air Crumbsmaniacs. ... People keep asking what’s going on with the restaurant. When will you be back open for business. Is Crumbs closing? Here’s the truth. We are transitioning as a family into a new chapter of life, as this pandemic did for us and hopefully for many of you, it put into perspective what is important. Family. First and foremost our immediate family. Our kids, parents, brothers , sisters....grandparents. Ultimately just my wife and I, too. Something that can be put on the back burner when busy, but always needs attention and love. You too, Crumbsmaniacs. are part of our family. You’ve watched our kids grow, as well as we have yours, we’ve shared laughs and tears. It’s a community and that is where our hearts are. We have every interest in seeing this community flourish. Having said that, as a wise man once told me. If the plane is going down and you rush to help everyone without first putting oxygen on yourself, you are unable to help anyone else. This pandemic and some past lessons have taught us that what we have is fragile. No that’s not Italian. It is a work of love, perseverance and community. We are on a journey to get financially stable enough to reopen Crumbs as it should be and not in some thrown together manner. There will be changes, challenges and rivers to cross, but we believe that we are on the right path. Hopefully you will support us into this next chapter and the future, that is very bright, and filled with more tears, laughter and generations of community. In the meantime we hope that you enjoy our weekly/ bi weekly to go dinners and lunches as we work towards the next chapter. It’s getting good and I don’t want to put the book down yet! the Hickey’s
