Contactless pick up will be this Monday, May 4th , at Tacos Oscar, 420 40th st , Oakland. 12p-5p This time around I have 3 options for you to choose from swipe to 1. Chorizo! This Mexican style chorizo is chock full of 4 types of dry chilies, fresh garlic, oregano, and just ...a lil bit of tequila I’ve packaged it loose and raw so it’s perfect for tacos, eggs, tortas etc. $10 per one pound pack 2. Chicken sausage with lemon and wild fennel. Loads of foraged fennel fronds make this a versatile springtime favorite thats great in pasta or on a bun. $13 for a pack of 3 ( a little over one pound) 3. British Bangers! my English dad’s favorite. Bangers are a classic British pork sausage seasoned with warming spices and blended with milky bread crumbs. They are often eaten at breakfast along side toast, eggs, and tomatoes, or as a classic pub lunch on top of mashed potatoes with gravy. These were my favorite growing up and I couldn’t be happier to share them with you. $13 for 4 links (a little over one pound) Thanks for looking!!! Like everything else, tomorrows popup is cancelled. We are Sheltering In Place and it’s for the best. I won’t say that this is the hardest decision I’ve ever had to make, but it was not easy. Throw a bone to your service industry sisters and brothers if you can. See you on the other side .

Friends - In light of the current health crisis, this Tuesday’s pop up at Tacos Oscar will be TO-GO ONLY. We will be providing an exciting menu of St Patrick’s day dishes for you to pick up and enjoy at home, as well as packs of sausages for your bunker. Quintessence sorbet will be in the house with delicious pints of vegan sorbet to sweeten the deal. It’s a tough time for us all, but adjustments and compromises can be made to keep us all healthy, in good spirits, and well fed! Thank you to all of my customers for your support.
