Sir for fall week 4 rope climb challenge. Got 9 reps out of my 12 rep goal. Wore the wrong shoes. I’ll try again this weekend :)

Fit for fall week 4 Rope climb challenge. Amrap 12’ rope climbs in 1 min. Should have worn my other shoes. Running shoes slid off my right foot three times and got tangled up in the rope. Goal was 12 reps but only hit 9. I’ll try again :) That’s the good news, you can always keep trying ;)
