The availability of Bay Area intensive care unit beds dropped to 12.9% on Tuesday, triggering California’sstrict stay-at-home ordersfor all counties in the region. Starting Thursday, December 17th at 11:59pm. Please be to class ON TIME, or you will not be admitted to class. Wear a mask at all times and go directly to the backside of the building (do not wait in the hallway) so your coach to check your temperature and sanitize your hands. Registration for class is REQUIRED, we can no longer make exceptions. Let's stay happy and healthy during this STAY AT HOME ORDER. Thankfully our gym in now considered an essential business and rest assured we are doing everything to mitigate any potential risks.
