Marinas have been instructed to locate their boats and bring them back to shore, with guests informed they need to leave as soon as possible. Earlier this morning, there was an exclusionary form in which a permittee would be allowed to stay open, but that has been rescinded. All business have been ordered to close. The closure of the additional ten forests will be effective at 5:00 pm today.
