#Recall KitKat Allergy warning as Nestle recalls batch of KitKat Bites #Crisis Nestle has recalled a batch of its KitKat Bites and warned people with nut or peanut allergies to be "especially vigilant" after incorrectly packaging the chocolates. The confectioner said it is recalling bags of KitKat Original Milk Chocolate Bites as they may have been incorrectly packed with peanut butter chocolates. A company spokesman said: "Although these packs are clearly labelled with 'ma...y contain peanuts and nuts' there is a risk to anyone with a nut or peanut allergy who may consume their contents without realising. "Although these products are otherwise safe to consume we are making this recall as a precaution. "This does not affect any other KitKat products." Nestle said the product affected is the 104g KitKat Bites pouch bag, with the line code 12311184 and batch code 70720457V2. People who have bought the chocolates are advised not to eat them but return them to Nestle, with a full refund. Anyone concerned about the issue should contact Nestle on 0800 604 604.

Motel 6 hit with #Crisis. Workplace violence Do you have a crisis plan in place? Unarmed guard, 25, dies in Fresno Motel 6 shooting BY JIM GUY... A 25-year-old security guard was shot and killed after an argument with a man visiting a woman at a central Fresno motel room, Fresno Police Chief Jerry Dyer said. Carl Williams, whose identity was released Saturday by the coroner’s office, was unarmed, according to investigators. The incident took place about 11 p.m. Thursday at the Motel 6 at North Blackstone and East Ashlan avenues. Dyer said a woman checked into one of the rooms and was then visited by a man. Per motel policy, visitors must provide identification at the office, and Williams went to the room to enforce that rule. Williams asked the man and the woman to go with him to the motel office, Dyer said, which they did. But as the two people were walking back to the room, followed by Williams, an argument erupted between the guard and the pair. That’s when the man pulled out a handgun and fired multiple shots, striking Williams. Police spent hours at the motel Friday morning interviewing witnesses and checking security video, which Dyer said captured the shooting and also shows the suspect firing toward the motel. No arrests had been reported. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 559-498-STOP. #CrisisBlueprint

Workplace violence is a process, not an event. Make threat assessments based on threat posturing (threatening behaviors), hostile behavior, escalation of intensity, fixations with malicious themes, repeated talk of what will happen, videos or postings about what perpetrator would like to do. Develop a plan. Train staff to recognize dysfunctional behavior. Conduct a facility risk assessment and train staff to be aware of surroundings. Create exercises.... Prepare. Determine escape paths, safe rooms, and identify potential makeshift weapons. Practice as a group, and get to know local law enforcement. Learn to identify pre-attack planning. Question anything out of the ordinary. Watch for someone testing your security perimeter. Be aware and document precursor behavior. Develop awareness. Learn to pick out distinctive individual identifiers like height, weight, tattoos, etc If an attack happens: Run, hide fight! Call Carter & Co. Communications, Inc for help!
