Wow. Inspiring. I've been doing capital appeals for 22 years and am about to be appointed to my 7th and last capital appeal. Filed a petition for certiorari with the United States Supreme Court in the Winbush case. Should hear in the fall. It's a real long shot to get one of these granted in a capital appeal.

Lost another death penalty appeal. It's a 100 page opinion. I'll try to post it.
