CVS supplied full A/V services for a major Bay Area Enterprise client that needed to hold their holiday all employee meeting off-campus in a hotel ballroom. Our client was able to slash their AV budget compared to the in-house hotel's AV costs - and get a superior product and service at the same time. CVS specializes in supplying full service AV support for on and off-campus corporate events, including those needing to be webcast, as well as bringing in remote participants and presenters over popular collaboration tools such as Zoom, Skype, and WebEx.

Creative Video Services was called upon to provide crew and equipment for an on-the-show-floor webcast "talkshow" insert stage at a large industry event recently. A combination of robotic and manned cameras was used to keep costs to a minimum. This studio was integrated into the live all-day stream of the event, and used to fill time slots in between main key note events. CVS has supplied live on-the-show floor webcasting capabilities for some of the largest names in the tech world.

Local Bay Area start-up Mercari launched a new service and their CEO needed to go "Live" on Cheddar TV - a web based channel that broadcasts investor information daily. A quick call to CVS and we were able to put a crew on location on 24 hours notice and give them something better than the typical Skype cell phone shot for their CEO interview. While it's not as smooth as a sat up link, more and more networks are using Skype video calls to get interviewees on live shots at near zero transmission costs. CVS is working with Cisco TV for the 8th year in a row to broadcast Cisco Live from Orlando. Our remote studio set-up and Microwave Camera crews allow Cisco TV to broadcast from just about anywhere in the Convention Center - placing camera crews and reporters where the action is. Cisco uses a combination of fiber and video over IP to broadcast the event to surrounding hotels, venues, and over 300K viewers on-line.
