I'm starting a mini swim team. Who's interested? It will consist of practices where I will help condition participants, ages 5 and up, on their endurance and help improve their stroke techniques. Then we will have "mini meets", where I will divide the team members into age groups where they can compete against themselves and their teammates. The team will be all of us. So no real losers! Just participants and swimmers who will enjoy the experience and either prolong their swi...m team season (like my daughter would love to do because she was sad to see swim season end) or prepare for their first season. Please let me know if you're interested or know anyone who would be. You can share this. Start date will probably be in a week or two. It will end when it gets too cold to swim. End of September? I need to think of a fee to compensate for my time. But I'm thinking something weekly of a set fee for the duration of the session. My daughter's best dive out of about 20 she tried today. She's on swim team and determined to get it right. This swim teacher/mom is so proud and happy to see her find her niche and that she loves to swim as much as me. It's a very rewarding sport to perfect!

Free class! Parent swim training and fear of the water or drowning/water safety I'm a Red Cross certified swim instructor and I'm offering a free class to help me develop what I want for the class in the future. It will be $25/person couple after this. Located in Folsom. ...
