These employees must be highly motivated, dedicated and driven to be the best they can be every day. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: -Work directly with Service Advisor and/or Manager, performing a meticulous disassembly to prepare a repair plan for each vehicle in a timely fashion. -Ensure all needed repairs are properly identified to eliminate supplements and minimize cycle time. -Utilize expertise to ensure that repairs are completed swiftly, to the highest standard of quality, and in a safe manner. -Participates in all required staff meetings daily and ongoing training as assigned. -Operate a variety of highline specialty tools (e.g. mig and pulse welders, self-piercing riveting guns, aluminum and steel dent fix stations etc.) -Comply with all safety rules, OEM guidelines and procedures. -Perform other related duties as assigned, including cleanliness of work space.
