BI-WEEKLY WEDNESDAY NIGHT BIBLE STUDY Every second and fourth Wednesday of the month at 7:00pm PST we will be virtually participating in joint Bible Study with the Reformed Church of Los Angeles (RCLA). We are currently studying the Book of Acts. For those interested in the Bible Study, please contact Orlando Monroe at [email protected] for access information.

The CBF Prayer Council thanks all who prayed for the persecuted church during our campaign for the International Days of Prayer. We also thank those who participated in our Saturday morning sweet hour of prayer conference call designated to this topic. Claire Griffin and Braelyn Polk led us into prayer, followed by Allen Hughes, Amber Williams, Antionette Brown, Daylon Cooper, LaCarla Williams, LaShan Brown, Lonnie Littlejohn, Sopi Welch, Steven Turner and Valerie Little who prayed for the countries that inflict the greatest persecution. Thank you CBF for caring about our brothers and sisters around the world in hostile environments because of their believe in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. Please continue to pray. Again, thanks.

REMINDER: CBF VIRTUAL INTERCESSORY PRAYER Every Sunday at 9:20am PST the Elder Board and Intercessors of Covenant Blessing Fellowship will be using the ZOOM conferencing application to host Virtual Intercessory Prayer for a half hour prior to Pastor Bell's weekly FaceBook message. For those interested, you will need to sign up to get the weekly link and password. Please send an email to: "[email protected]" to be added to the distribution list. The prayers will be on...e-on-one (one member, one elder) and 100% confidential with no recording or access by anyone except the meeting "host". In order to maintain security, the access link and password will be recreated and distributed weekly to those on the list. We ask those who sign up to not share the weekly email to keep a tight control on those with access. Assistance is available for those not familiar with the ZOOM application. See more

The Prayer Council of CBF is asking all members and affiliates to join us in prayer November 1 thru November 7, 2020, as we pray for these our brothers and sisters in Christ. Members should have received an email , explaining how you can partner with us and others to support our persecuted brother and sisters in Christ. Please read it and join with us in prayer. PRAYER: Pray, Pray and Pray Some More. . . Pastor’s teaching on prayer has been God-breathed, necessary, spiritually enriching, practical, and useful! It is the hope that those who have heard Pastor’s teachings on prayer the last few Sundays (September 20th through November 1st), have put this teaching into practice. We were given an assignment to pick a specific place and a specific time daily and to use the 3-Axes approach to prayer. If you have not done this, it is not too late. Start today, please. Prayer (communing with God) makes a difference in your relationship with GOD, your relationship with OTHERS, and your relationship with YOU! So when you think of prayer each day, pray, pray and pray some more.
