Finished my Maternal Mental Health Certification last month! I have over 10 years of experience working with women, children, couples, and families but I’m really excited to hone in my skills to help families during prenatal and postpartum. When I was pregnant it took me forever to find a therapist that specializes in Maternal Mental. When I did I finally felt seen and heard. Remember you don’t have to do this alone.
