Atwater Union has launched! It is a beautiful, new, 10-unit small-lot development in the heart of Atwater Village, one of LA's hottest and most coveted east-side neighborhoods. Corsini Stark Architects is proud to have designed these homes, and we hope you enjoy perusing Atwater Union's fresh site as much as we do.

We're so thrilled that 100 Thieves has taken up residence at 6050 Jefferson in Culver City, a building we designed that we're so proud of. Welcome home. Look at this place!
Wishing you and yours a wonderful holiday season and a terrific start to a whole new decade.
Wishing you and yours all the best, with wonderful things to give thanks for. Sincerely, the team at Corsini Stark Architects
#TBT to The Gainsburg House. Lloyd Wright, son of Frank Lloyd Wright, designed the low-slung Gainsburg House in 1946 in the spirit of his father’s Usonian House prototypes of the 1930s. The new owners sought to reverse years of insensitive alterations while including a new kitchen, dining and family rooms, updated bathrooms, lighting and finishes, with accommodation for contemporary art display.... In factoring the programmatic issues of light, space and scale together, hue and tone became extremely important, both in the need for exterior and interior colors to harmonize and in creating a distinctive identity for the interior spaces of this home. Wright painted each room a distinctive color. In the renovation, a different color was introduced on individual wall planes within each space to add a subtle rhythm to the interior.
