This lady right here has been a client of mine for 22 years! Her husband passed away about a year ago. He, Fred, was a major flirt and I gave it right back to him. The two of them made the neatest couple and I admired their marriage. This year she suggested we meet for lunch at one of her favorite places which is this café that is on the American River community college campus. I had never heard of it! It was a three course meal that was delicious and prepared by students in their culinary college. $17 for this three-course meal and I tell you it was worth double that at least. But you have to get reservations far in advance. I love what I do! I get to build long-term relationships with clients such as Marti here.

The lady in the selfie with me is my broker friend, Leah Ann. If we’re ever at the same event together it’s best if we’re separated we tend to cause trouble.
