Welcome another awesome intern at our studio, Ashlyn Lipori-Russie. Say Hi to her in the studio or in her new class Monday 3:30! . . A little about our new intern: Yoga has shaped my perspective in ways I only dreamed were attainable. I had always been taught the basic principles of balance and mindfulness - everything happens for a reason, things will go the way they are supposed to, don't attach yourself to anything, etc. My yoga practice has enabled me to accept these tru...ths on a physical and mental level, transforming me into the person I had always wanted to be but wasn't yet able to reach. But it's a journey, a muscle to keep flexing - I want to absolutely master this mindset. There will always be more growth and more learning, but now I'm confident I'm on the right path. There are so much freedom and expression to be found on your mat. I'm grateful to this community for helping to guide me there, and now I want to give back by helping to guide other people like me. Yoga helps me to look inward, and at the same time it has helped create many amazing connections with the people around me. I am so grateful to be part of this supportive, loving, and empowering community of yogis. My intention is to make everyone I meet at the studio feel as welcome as I did when I first found CorePower. Together we will work toward mental and physical strength, flexibility, and balance. I am so excited to be on this journey with all of you! . .
