We have shifted outdoors! With recent state updates we were required to end indoor classes but we still got yoga for you! Outside and online! Our outdoor locations will include: Golden Triangle - Riverview Park... Downtown San Jose - Cahill Park Outdoor schedules are on the app! Tips for outdoor classes: Wear layers - We know it is winter so layer up to keep warm! Bring a beach towel to put under your mat - Classes will be on pavement, use a towel underneath to keep your mat clean and to provide extra cushion! Use sunscreen - On sunny days protect your skin! Don't forget your mask - This is still required to protect the health of our community! In addition to outdoor classes our Redwood City and San Mateo location will be open indoor!
