Keep up your workouts from home! Join us online for our fun and challenging Pilates, Strength and Cardio workouts every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Any level is welcome as we are working with lots of modification making everyone being able to push their own limits. If you’re looking for a slower pace class to unwind and destress...try our stretch and release class every Saturday Please share with your friends as we are doing this to make sure we all stay healthy while not being able to go to the gym, but also in order for our Pilates studio to make it through this though time, so the more people the better Hopefully we’ll see you all soon!
