It’s our honor to support the local food banks in our communities across the country like the North Texas Food Bank. Meet Petra. Petra is raising three children with her husband, while also caring for her parents. Her story is a similar one that other families share -- they have had to make the hard choice to choose between food or electricity. Thankfully, she visits the North Texas Food Bank monthly to supply her family with the food they need. I’m grateful for the pantry because it helps us, Petra says. Life is hard, and making ends meet is hard. The pantry takes some of that stress away. Without your continued support, we would not be able to provide crucial funds to our local Food Banks who ensure families, like Petra’s, receive the food they need.
