Hey guys, I am so excited to be adding MAT Pilates Classes to our Studio! Erin & Ida will be teaching a 55 minute Stretch class focusing on stretching your entire body with the last 10 minutes working on arm strength.... These classes will be offered: - Tuesdays at 10a - Wednesdays at 9a - Thursdays at 5:30p The first 50 people to sign up get your first class for FREE! After that, members pay $15/class, non-members, $20/class. Book your class through Pocketsuite; members, contact me for your free class. Standard cancellation policy applies. Need to cancel 12 hours ahead or you will be charged. Mat Stretch Classes start on Tuesday Nov 27th at 10a. Please let me know if you have any questions. Nanci

The Plié team spent some time tonight learning the finer points of teaching the Plié program and gearing up for next week's launch. Thanks, Stefanie, Aurora, and Katherine, along with our 'guinea pigs,' (sounds so much better than lab rats!), Val, Sara, Ana Lisa, and Steph!

Who's responsible for CORE Fitness raising more than $1300 to help beat breast cancer? These incredible ladies right here who volunteered their time to prepare special routines, lead their classes, and spread the word about our event. We COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT YOU!!
