For my birthday, I'm asking for donations to Community Outreach Resource Development Ministries. During the pandemic, we haven't traveled much...but we're equipping churches all across the USA through FREE ONLINE TEACHER TRAINING to disciple their students to REACH THE NATIONS. As we continue to provide a variety of resources and training materials for churches, we need to raise $1,600/MONTHLY (2,180 sq ft + 30’x32’ chapel for outreach training & includes utilities) to cover... the monthly lease for our National Training Center...that's $19,200/annually. Dear Friends and Prayer Warriors: With so many churches being encouraged to close their doors on weekly services and using social media to broadcast their services, I know this will affect weekly offerings and missions giving. And with many states all across the U.S. closing their restaurants and retail businesses, then families who work in these companies or supply products to retail businesses will be struggling financially. ... As a US Missionary, my income comes solely from donations from individuals and churches. So we need your prayers and support now more than ever. Dear Friends! Will you help share this fundraiser with your friends? We’re building a mission team to expand King’s Castle across the USA this year. We’ll need to take a larger vehicle to carry the equipment and a mission team to help me teach the dramas, human videos, dance, clowning, etc. But first we must pay off our ministry credit card debt of $2,800 before the next billing cycle and $800 to repair our Ford Expedition. Your investment will reap a bountiful harvest as we ...train churches to mobilize their students to reach the nations: https://giving.ag.org/Give/Details/700001-032935 In 2019, we constantly used credit cards to pay the travel expenses of our leadership team while traveling across the USA to equip churches with outreach training, leadership development, mission services and the King’s Castle Discipleship training plus several District Conferences and General Council. We were able to pay off the credit card balance each month in 2019 to avoid interest charges. But our January, 2020 balance of $4,200 started off the New Year in debt. We still need $2,800 to pay off that credit card!!! Our leadership team will be scheduling training for 12-14 new Castle Churches in 2020 and we’ll follow up with the 16 new churches we trained in 2019. The next series of Castle Team training will provide hands-on assistance with Outreach events in the parks or neighborhoods around these churches...as well as teacher training for Castle Club Levels 4-7 to equip students to share the Gospel through effective outreach techniques. We can also provide YOUR CHURCH with a 1- to 5-day children’s crusade in the evenings called KidsQuest with team development and leadership training in the mornings or afternoons. We’ve provided this resource for over 70 churches in California over the past 8 years as a 5-day family event inside the church walls in the evenings or as a 1-day weekend outreach at a park near the church. As always, NO CHARGE...we just ask for housing, meals and a love offering.

Here’s a review of the 2018 World Summit in Brazil. As the Lord continues to grow and expand King’s Castle to more countries each year, we’re praying for a mighty breakthrough in the USA. Will you agree with us in prayer for the 14 Castle Teams who are currently established in the US, the 12 Castle Teams who have started the BASIC Training but need to complete the ongoing training, plus believing by faith for 14 new Castle Teams for 2020 = 40!!!!! Is it possible...will you agree with me in prayer for a miracle? We’re not wanting to grow numerically just to get more Castle Teams, but to raise up Castle Teams all across the USA who are committed to disciple and equip students to be mighty warriors who share the Gospel around the world.

BECAUSE OF 4 AM... It's been three weeks and I can't get it out of my head, so I wanted to share. You can take it literally or (mostly) metaphorically - both work and can be applied to the dream you're chasing. The quote came from Kobe when he was on stage accepting the 'Icon Award' at the ESPYS. He was addressing fellow athletes: We’re not on this stage just because of talent or ability, Bryant said. We’re up here because of 4 a.m. We’re up here because of two-a-days or five-a-days. We’re up here because we had a dream and let nothing stand in our way. If anything tried to bring us down, we used it to make us stronger. There are thousands of athletes that had similar or even better talent than Kobe. Just like there are thousands of executives, leaders, sales managers, artists, musicians, writers, etc. that have the same and more talent than you and me. But at the end of the day, it doesn't come down to who has the most talent or intelligence. It comes down to who is willing to make the choices that others are not willing to make. Who is willing to shoot baskets in the dark when everyone else is sleeping? Who is willing to prepare more for an interview? Who is willing to practice their speech 10X more than anyone else? All are choices we make. THE DREAM If the dream is small, there's no point to do things that others won't if your end goal is not something "extra-ordinary." There's just no reason for the "4AMs." Which is totally cool and fine! But if the dream is big... the game changes. The 4AMs and two-a-days become intentional choices. The hard things over the easy, uncomfortable things become routine. The discipline to put off instant gratification is the standard process. People will say "you're obsessed, you're not normal!" and they're right because its not a normal journey. A big dream is something extraordinary: very different from what is normal or customary. And over time, as I'm beginning to realize more and more, the choice to take this journey is ultimately the reward. What's your 4AM? This quote is not saying everyone should get up at 4AM or do five-a-days. It's metaphoric. Hope everyone had a blessed New Year with family and friends!!! We experienced a mighty breakthrough in the 22 lives who were blessed at our SPIRIT EMPOWERMENT RETREAT this weekend at our KCUSA Nat’l Training Center. Special THANKS to Linda Triska and our West Coast Castle leadership team for making this biannual Retreat a great success. We were disappointed that all 8 Castle Teams on the West Coast weren’t able to attend, but 3 of those teams just started to disciple their ...students for less than 5 months. During the last 7 years of serving as the KCUSA Asst Nat’l Director, we’ve hosted mission teams and foreign students at our Nat’l Training Center from 12 countries (plus we’re looking forward to hosting a Nat’l Leader from the Philippines next week)!!!! As I have continued to obey God’s voice during the past 12 years as a nationally-appointed U.S. missionary, I’ve personally SHARED THE GOSPEL WITH FIRST GENERATION children and their families who are here in Greater Los Angeles from 39+ countries! It is so amazing what God can do as we say YES, LORD...I WILL FOLLOW YOU!! May the Lord bless each team member, Castle Team leader, Certified District Instructor, District Castle Director, Regional Coordinator and our National Executive Committee leadership of King’s Castle USA! NOTE TO Castle Team Leaders: Please complete your 4th Quarter Statistics Reports and your Annual Membership Renewals this week so we can submit our reports to the Castillo del Rey Global Headquarters by January 15, 2020! We’re looking forward to seeing the reports from each Castle team and hearing the amazing testimonies of God’s blessings and fruitfulness of our outreach teams and discipleship training!!
