Hi friends. Sigh.......ok. I hope you and those you love are well and stay well... I've had a hard time finding eggs and have decided, what better time than the now to get serious about our chicken coop, but in the meantime I can thank my good friend Jenn who shared her chickens eggs with me (score!) and, I found some more at Foods Co. on Shields so, I think I've got enough to bake a good chunk. Would you guys like some??? I'm open to having some sort of "drive-thru", "wal...k-up" and "pre-order" scenario. Just kinda need to know if it is something you all are interested in. Possible menu items include: *Scones *Muffins *Empanadas *Cookies *Brownies *Pie *Lemon Loaf * Blueberry loaf....and more. Shooting for a fluid menu, baking up whatever I find and what is available in our local beautiful valley. Downside: This home kitchen has been under reconstruction following a major breakdown...I am so sorry for the disconnect friends. Upside: We've been enjoying some serious family time!
