Due to the current COVID-19 health concerns we are not activity recruiting or performing Explorer activities. We are hopeful that we will be able to perform a recruitment in 2021. Please continue to follow our Facebook and Instagram account for the latest updates.

Last drill of the year in the books for the Contra Costa County Fire Explorers thanks to our amazing Firefighters. Once a month the Fire Explorers meet at a training location and perform different skills. Some of those things include hose operations, ground ladders, search, and equipment familiarization. Once again a huge thanks to our Firefighters that take the time out there weekend to come teach and pass on the knowledge to the next generation! #confire #contracostacounty #fireexplosion @ Antioch, California

Today Explorer Post 188 benefited from fantastic training put on by Firefighter Bekakis, Ukkestad, and Scarborough. The Explorers had a great time while continuing to learn the amazing job of a Firefighter!
