PRE-BANKRUPTCY COUNSELING The Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 made it mandatory for people who file for bankruptcy protection against creditors, to get nonprofit credit counseling. CONSUMER CREDIT USA is an approved organization with nonprofit counselors available, to assist you with your required pre-bankruptcy counseling, and completion certificates.

CCUSA offers consumer free credit counseling and advisory servers to help consumers help themselves. Our goal is to relieve financial burden on wages earners and their dependents and to decease the economic losses to individuals and creditors.
