It is National Respiratory Care Week and HTS is proud to celebrate our Respiratory Care experts @Gus Figueroa and Maureen Pierce Waszkiewicz. We recognize the important role that Respiratory Therapists play in patient care and even when a new healthcare facility is brought to life! We thank you for your hard work in facilitating our Day in the Life events and Patient Moves. Join us in celebrating and thanking Respiratory Therapists across the nation as they help the most vulnerable patients and provided life-saving treatment, especially during the COVID19 pandemic. #respiratorytherapist #celebratehealthcareheroes #loveourteam #thankyou

Over the past month, a group of engaged leaders across NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital spent time performing room checks in the new Center for Community Health, set to open in early 2021. The goal for room checks is to ensure that the space is ready for the next phase of building activation planning. We use FreightTrain technology to document, track, and share room readiness in preparation for medical equipment deployment and the upcoming Day in the Life even...ts. We are so thankful for the excitement these teams brought to the room check process. Help us in congratulating these wonderful leaders for their time, energy, and dedication to the new #NYP Brooklyn Methodist Hospital Center for Community Health! #consulthts #NYPAdvancingCareinBK #nypbrooklyn #DYNAMICleadership #roomchecks #freighttrain #TreatThisLikeYouTreatYourHome #buildingactivation

Our HTS team works hard when we are onsite, many times putting in long hours and going above and beyond what is expected of them. And for as hard as our team works on every project, we make it a goal to have some fun offsite as a team. Even now during the era of Covid-19, when traveling for work can be especially taxing, we still make time to relax and create some downtime memories. #teamwork #teamworkmakesthedreamwork #workhardplayhard #lovewhatyoudo #HTSInc

This Friday, October 16th, 2020, is National Bosses Day and HTS would not be the incredibly dynamic company it is without the leadership and guidance from our executive team: Bill Clemenson (Founder), Tom Gaunt (CEO), Hilda Nering (Vice President of Professional Services), Melanie Viquez (Director), and Rebecca Sales (Director). We at HTS would like to say thank you to all of our fantastic leaders for always challenging our team to provide our best work, being there for us both professionally and personally, and for celebrating our wins, while also helping us learn from our setbacks. HTS is a place where people love to work because of the extraordinary direction from our leaders. Thank you for all you do! #NationalBossDay #leadershipexcellence #lovewhatyoudo #HTSInc

After a full summer of planning, our HTS + ClarkRN team led the first 2 of 16 planned Workflow Workshops at the Children's Hospital of Richmond at VCU (CHoR). To set a solid foundation of workflows and assumptions to build on, we focused on two main topics: access and people flow into the building & supply distribution and waste collection. This will provide our VCU Health partners the foundational information they need to continue building out the 14 workflow topics being ta...ckled in the next 12 months. Our team is thrilled to be producing our first set of operational planning tools that facilitate discussions to identify opportunities for improvement, mitigate gaps, and create action items to track the work needing to be completed. Moving forward, these tools and documents will serve as training materials for the CHoR teams as they progress toward the opening of their New Children’s Tower in Spring 2023. Placing an importance on operational planning early in the construction process of a new hospital allows an organization to better plan and integrate the physical space, technologies, and operating assumptions needed to provide the best environment for patients, families, and staff. For now, we are looking forward to the next two Workshops happening later this October with our amazing partners at CHoR! #CHoR #Workflow #transitionplanning #vcuhealth #clarkrn #HTSInc

As we enter the final season of 2020, we get to celebrate the HTS work anniversaries for Brandon Sanchez and Jessica Lee. September marks 3 years for Brandon and 10 years for Jess. Both Brandon and Jess have worn many hats during their tenures with HTS, but currently Brandon is a Project Manager. He works closely with his project teams to stay in sync with their client leads, their project needs, and their schedules. Jess works primarily in Accounting for HTS where she enters... reports into QuickBooks, reconciles our credit card statements, and assists Accounting with the creation and distribution of invoices, as well as updating financial reports. Both Brandon and Jess express excitement in getting to excel in current roles, as well as getting the opportunity to support HTS in new ways. Jess and Brandon both share that they love the diversity of HTS. Jess shares, 10 years ago I started off in our office in Los Angeles doing travel arrangements for our team. About 3 years ago I was asked to assist with invoice review and now I love working with numbers and learning about the accounting/invoicing process. I am so thankful for this company as they have walked with me through some treacherous waters in the last 10 years personally. HTS feels more like a family to me than it does working for another company. For Brandon, Being a part of a tight-knit team with such varied backgrounds, personalities, and skills makes for an awesome work dynamic. Coupled with our adventures through partnering with hospital systems across North America, we constantly share unique experiences and we value our commitment to work hard, celebrate small and big wins, and do what is best for our clients and our team. I’m proud to be a part of a group that encourages each other to grow professionally and personally. That’s special to me. We could not have said it better, Jess and Brandon! Jess and Brandon hold many cherished memories from their time with HTS, but they each have one time they would love to highlight. For Jess, being spotlighted during an HTS retreat where she received a beautiful cake and a princess crown for her birthday was extremely special. She was so surprised and appreciative of their thoughtfulness. One of Brandon’s first experiences took me to a wonderful women & children’s hospital in Vancouver, which served as a stunning location to meet many of the incredible people at HTS that I’ve been fortunate to learn from since. I was thrilled. HTS is overjoyed to celebrate your work and dedication, Brandon and Jessica. Thank you for being incredible assets to the team! #celebrateourteam #lovewhatyoudo #htsanniversary

HTS had the privilege of leading three Day in the Life events for the HonorHealth Sonoran Crossing Medical Center in August and September. Honor Health leadership, staff, and volunteers brought high energy and excitement that flowed through the building during the three events. With scenarios run in 9 departments, each day was a true success for all involved. Honor Health and HTS utilized virtual conferencing during the events to ensure that all people onsite were able to pra...ctice social distancing standards and feel safe while executing these milestone events. Honor Health Sonoran Crossing Medical Center is busy with final preparations before the opening of the hospital this Fall. We at HTS are elated to have supported Honor Health, leading up to the opening of their newest hospital. #HonorHealth #sonoranmedicalcenter #DayInTheLife #TransitionPlanning #HTSInc

The Building Load and Logistics team have been busy at the NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital Center for Community Health. Medical Equipment, IT, and Furniture are being delivered and installed. Our Certified Warehouse partner is tagging equipment with FreightTrain's FitUp mover labels before delivery which will expedite the deployment process. Products that are not deployed directly to their final location are brought to the Staging Area where they will be assembled, configured, and tested before reaching their destination. #nypbrooklyn #buildingloadandlogistics #BuildingFitUp #HTSInc

August brings us the start of school and the first HTS anniversary for one of our newer team members, Oliver Cusido. HTS is ecstatic to celebrate Oliver’s time with us thus far. Oliver’s role is project support, meaning he assists his projects and project team with whatever is needed, wherever he is needed. What Oliver loves about HTS is how the entire team feels more like family than co-workers. We work long hours, travel together, eat together, drink together, and always ...get work done at the end of the day. I also love how your hard work never goes unrecognized and how we always have each other’s back. Well said, Oliver! During his time with HTS, Oliver has been able to travel quite a bit. When HTS travels, we not only work hard, but we also make sure to find ways to explore the cities we are working in. One of Oliver’s favorite memories was seeing Rock of Ages on Broadway with Diana Silva and Tammie Russell. He also loved being able to explore New York City at Christmastime. Oliver, congratulations on the incredible work you’ve completed with HTS! Happy 1st HTS Anniversary! #HTSAnniversary #CelebrateOurTeam #lovewhatyoudo
