As a reminder, you have until April 15th to make a 2014 contribution into either an IRA or a ROTH IRA (if you qualify $181,000-$191,000 AGI Married Filing Jointly). Even if you don’t qualify for the contribution into the ROTH IRA due to income limits, you are still able to get money into the ROTH IRA by contributing to a TRADITIONAL IRA and then immediately converting those proceeds into the ROTH. Of course, there always has to be a loophole, right ?!?! I’m sure by now all... of you are well aware of our philosophy of getting money into a TAX FREE bucket and the importance of eventually descending the retirement mountain in the most tax efficient manner. if you want to discuss further, please give me a call.
