CK fighter Joseph Cruz is preparing for his first Point Kickboxing tournament next month by putting in hard work with Coach Frost! Then in April he will be fighting at the PAK 25 Muay Thai/Kickboxing event at Fresno City College! Please come out and support local fighters!

Coach Frost is now offering 1 on 1 private training sessions out of Halo Jiu Jitsu Training Center for just $25 an hour. Time slots are M-F 3-7pm and Saturdays from 7am to 12pm in one hour intervals. More times will become available in June, stay tuned to find out.
