Component Surfaces is proud to announce that we have been successfully registered with the United States Department of State as a defense articles manufacturer in accordance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Component Surfaces is exhibiting this week at the Ceramics Expo 2019 at the IX Center in Cleveland, Ohio. We are pleased to highlight our plating on ceramics capabilities for existing and new industrial customers.

Component Surfaces has reached an agreement with Tech Business Center, LLC for a 7-year lease of 12,500 sf worth $1.3 million. This is consistent with plans to double production capacity by 2020. As well as additional production space, the new areas will include engineering and administrative offices, an Analytical Laboratory and additional Quality Assurance capacity.

Component Surfaces is pleased to have earned re-certification for ISO 9001:2015 on our Quality Management System. This was through the work of many people here but it is a special accomplishment by Deanna Borden/ Quality Assurance Manager.
