While we are sad you couldn’t fill our Bakeshops with your laughter & cheer this year... we felt your support this holiday season. Super proud of our staff, pulling off a beautiful bake this morning! Our holiday special is cranberry & toasted almonds. Retail is open until 5pm in both shops AND we have the downtown farmers market today!

Today we say goodbye to our pastry manager Heidi. Heidi’s passion and commitment to Companion has been unwaivering, we will miss you Heidi! Thank you for all your dedication to our pastries and most importantly our staff/companion family. While you can’t possibly be replaced, we will bask in the hard work, kitchen systems and organization you leave behind! As we button up the Bakeshop to hibernate for a few days, I wanted to share with you a glimpse into our bakery life. Thanksgiving .. the prep, long hours and care spent to make, bake and sell pastry & bread to you all is not for the weak of heart. I’m so proud of our team, every single one of our team mates made this year special and successful. Time to put our feet up & let someone else bake for a few days!
