The Power to be Whole - by Nona Brooks the founder of Divine Science from the book In the Light of Healing. Wholeness is greater than healing. It includes the healing of the body that is true. But it includes more than this. Wholeness means health of body, harmony of attitude, circumstances, and relationships. We do not perceive the meaning of the great word Wholeness, if we confine it to bodily harmony. To be whole man must be harmonious in body, in circumstances, in his h...uman relationships, in his beauty of attitude; he must realize and radiate faith, love, and confidence. The Universe is maintained by the Presence and Power of God; and the great truth of God’s Infinite Presence is wholeness here and now. Remember that wholeness means the perfection of the Universe at every point. We realize this truth through a conscious knowledge of God. Let us bring this truth into its personal application. (Repeat after me) I, the individual, live in wholeness now. I live by the power of wholeness. I live because of it. It never forsakes me. Wholeness belongs to me now. God shares his wholeness with me; It is my birthright. My normal estate is abundant life, beauty, and goodness. The life that is whole is free from unbelief, from ignorance and its consequences; it is alive, joyous, and powerful. In what does the power to be whole lie? We must be willing. And what does to be willing mean? To know Truth; to follow Truth; to work for the realization of Truth. Therein lies the secret of all attainment, The Truth of Being is that whatever is true of God is true of man and God is Wholeness itself. In conclusion, when we identify our thinking with God-Mind all things are possible.
