How does "early shopping" work? If you volunteer at least 3 hours between events you will be allowed EARLY into the Shopping Day! 30 minutes before everyone else! We do not have childcare available during these sorting days so infants in a carrier are welcome or older kids who can help, but for safety reasons we cannot have children walking/playing around the area. To take advantage of this GREAT opportunity you will need to volunteer AT LEAST 3 HOURS not 2.5 not 2.75... So one full volunteer session or you can break it up over a couple You will need to sign in on the early shopping volunteer sheet with your time in and out and have it signed off by us. Once that is done we will give you the instructions to SHOP EARLY!

This Saturday drop off your pre- counted clothes between 9 and 11:30. Volunteers are welcome. If you volunteer at least 3 hours between events, you can get in 30 minutes early at the next Shopping Day.

Drop off clothes for donation or credit Saturday the 20th 9 to 11:30 am.

Dates for 2021!

We need your help! We are unusually low on donations of kids clothing. While we still have an abundance of baby clothes, clothing for toddlers and older kids we are extremely short on. We are also really in need of warm jackets in all sizes. Our next drop off date is Thursday December 3rd from 1-4 pm. Please bring your gently used kids clothing and shoes (no socks or undies unless new in the package) Also with many people going through their own closets many charities we typically donate our extra baby clothing to are full and not taking them. We prefer to donate to an organization that will distribute and not resell. If you know of a charity needing baby sizes (0-12m) please send us a message with details.

We are only two days away from our November Open Closet Shopping Day and Purple tier or not we are hoping to see you there! Friday: Donation Drop-off is from 1 pm to 3:30 pm. Saturday: The closet is open for shopping from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. ... *TIME CHANGE- Event will run from 9-12 (Volunteers who have worked 3 hours since the last event will get in at 8:30) * IMPORTANT*- WE WILL OFFER CURBSIDE CLOTHING DROPOFF- Please see the attached image. Before parking if you have clothing to dropoff please pull up and we will take your clothing and give you a credit slip to turn in at the other shopping building for credit. If you are not dropping off clothing please follow the green arrows on the image below and bypass the line and go park *NO CHILDCARE- Due to current restrictions we will not provide childcare. *LIMITED NUMBER OF PEOPLE- We will limit the overall number of shoppers in the room at one time. With that in mind- PLEASE try to not bring extra people with you to shop. Try to find a friend to watch your kids, swap shopping time with a friend who watches your kids etc. *LOCATION CHANGE ON CAMPUS- We will be shopping in the main auditorium to allow for more social distancing space. Please note on the image the green arrows where you will be entering the building to shop on the backside. *WE WILL NOT SERVE LUNCH AND NO DRINKING FOUNTAINS WILL BE AVAILABLE.- please bring your own water and snacks if needed. We will have bathrooms open to use. *WE WILL REQUIRE MASKS- for everyone in the building unless a medical condition prevents you from wearing one. *We will have hand sanitizing stations throughout the area to use. *If you are experiencing any signs of COVID PLEASE stay home. PLEASE be kind:) We are all in this together and many of these things are out of our hands. We are SO excited to be able to hold this event. Looking forward to seeing you all! REMINDERS: We only accept clean children's or maternity clothing and children's shoes. NO ADULT CLOTHING (unless marked maternity). NO SOCKS or UNDERGARMENTS unless new in the package.
