***Fitness Success Story*** Meet Mathew. He joined Open Mat Academy after having just moved to Tracy for a fresh start. In his time here not only has he lost 30 pounds but he has become one of the most dedicated and consistent members of the academy. Martial arts has helped him gain confidence and grow as a person. He has achieved getting his blue belt in Jiu Jitsu and takes part in boxing and kickboxing classes. He is a great person to be around and truly a valued member of our Open Mat family. Proud of you!

**Fitness Success Story** Alexis started her journey with me a little over a year ago with the goal to lose weight. So far she has lost 35 pounds! She made the choice to walk through the door and since then has become incredibly dedicated to her fitness journey. She rarely misses a class and between kickboxing and strength training is blowing her goals out of the water - making new ones every month. I am so proud of you Alexis and I can’t wait to see what you continue to achieve!
