Atlas Capital is sensitive to California’s housing shortage, and the struggles many people are having with housing affordability. Recently, we have made efforts to assist members of this community with affordability issues, helping to subsidize the rents for the 123 local seniors living at The Metro for the next decade who faced increases and risked being priced out of their homes.
