The Inclusivity, Diversity, and Equity (TIDE) Task Force in ICSA has been working on connecting college sailors with outreach opportunities. Our committee of current sailors, coaches, and alumni are focused on providing practical and actionable initiatives. This is one step on a long journey towards a more inclusive, diverse, and equitable sailing association.

Our town hall hosted by the ICSA TIDE Task Force is TOMORROW at 8pm EST / 5pm PST. A zoom link will be posted right here to our Facebook page as a status update 5 minutes prior to the meeting. From the task force: "To clarify, the current task force makeup is intended to be further diversified in district representation; as word spreads, we look forward to welcoming passionate representatives from all areas of the country! Over the past few weeks, a group of current sailors, recent alumni, and coaches have been discussing inclusivity, diversity and equity within college sailing. As we work toward a brighter future for ICSA, we'd like to draw our community's attention to two action items being initiated by the TIDE task force... 1.
