Happy New Year all! As we all go into another year we walk with hope it will be better than the last and part of that is taking steps to create a better year, more fulfilling life, and a sense of security for our families. One thing I learned when I became a realtor is that Real Estate, when invested wisely is a very smart way to look forward and create wealth.... With uncertain times, the stock market is definitely not quite as stable as real estate investments. People always need homes. Many people need rentals because there’s a shortage. Air BnB rentals are more popular now than hotels because it’s more private, safe AND families can get away together in a cost effective way! It’s funny to think that 7 years ago today I closed my first transaction! WOW! I remember working with a very kind, experienced agent that helped so much I was working with a buyer that became a family friend. She’s since passed away because she was elderly but I will always remember her.... Being a realtor has its ups and downs. It takes a lot of hard work, lots of patience, creativity and empathy. I’ve learned a lot about myself and human nature. What I really have learned the most is that there will be plenty of clients that don’t realize how hard we work, dont appreciate everything we do in the background, don’t think we should make the amount of money we do and don’t understand where it all goes... BUT there are MANY MORE clients that end up being great friends, completely appreciate and trust me, stay connected long after closing and totally touch my heart deeply! And for that reason I will continue to stay in real estate along with following my dreams in other areas of life. For the past year I’ve worked on a referral basis. Some call that part time but I have reached ALL my goals this year financially and that’s something to be thankful for in a pandemic! To me part time just means, I’m not making all the calls most realtors make to get business. When I’m working for a client I’m putting 100% in because I care and it’s more important to me that they have an experience that’s positive and they WANT to refer me. As a referral agent , my clients get even better service because they are sent to me by people I care about and that means so much! Thank you to everyone that has helped me reach my goals this year, allowing me to take great care of my family and give each client my best.

I’m so extra happy for both the buyer and seller on this one! Seller needed to move by end of December out of state! Buyer has been looking for a small, clean home for just herself in retirement with enough outdoor space for gardening and enjoying her time! It’s a truly perfect situation!
