I’m a Certified and Credentialed Personal Development Coach. I help women who are overwhelmed, frustrated with life and sick of being stuck, take their power back and LIVE a satisfying and fulfilling life. My clients leave coaching having better relationships, improved finances, a new positive outlook on life, with their self-esteem and confidence at QUEEN status. What made me choose this path? ... Professionally, I have over 15 years of experience developing people and improving personal finances, as a VP with a top Fortune 500 Corporation; with responsibilities ranging from managing branches, connecting in the communities to being a Corporate Trainer. Personally, behind this face, are stories of love, heartbreak, confusion and just feeling like ugh....why can’t or couldn’t it be easier?! My backstory is one of a very loved child but filled with the pressures of growing up in Jamaica with pretty tough expectations from family. Adulthood that came with forced friendships, unhealthy relationships that led to becoming a single, teenage mom, marrying and migrating to the USA, poverty, stress, divorce, single mom - yet again, parenting teenagers, cross country relocation, missed job opportunities to finally landing my perfect 9-5 career (so I thought), day to day challenges, mistakes after mistakes. Any of this relatable to you?! Well, it took someone listening to me; ME changing my mindset and focusing on moving forward; looking ahead and recognizing I am, I can, I would, and so I did! That led me to think. This cannot be just me. I knew then I needed to help women build their confidence, drive, and self-esteem, ultimately finding their LIFE PURPOSE! This is my purpose from my pain. Without the right mindset and knowledge, women are usually left feeling overwhelmed and unsure of their life purpose. This could have really negative impacts on every aspect of life, to include relationships, family, finances, careers and even finding the time for self-care and affirmations. So, in the true sense of being genuine and authentically me, SIMPLY PUT, I’m extremely passionate about women empowerment and getting us to being SEEN by all, but mostly ourselves!! Now, it’s my personal mission for you to know you can too. I look forward to sharing this journey with you. ‘You Are. You Can. You Will.’

Affirmations are so powerful! You’re letting the universe know who you are as you start changing your thoughts and reality. It is a great morning ritual to ground yourself and engage in self-love and self-care. ... Join me on a 7-day journey, where we are making our intentions known about 7 different parts of our lives - ME, CONFIDENCE, BEING PRESENT, FINANCES, STRESS, RELATIONSHIPS, and ME (because it is that critical). Repeat it as many times as you need to.....you’ll know when it’s not just words. Add as many as you need to, comment below some of your favs. Close your eyes. Breathe in. Breathe out. Breathe in. Breathe out. Breathe in. Breathe out. Hold this moment, hold that sacred space. See you in your highest form. Now say; ME! (Day 1) I show others how to treat me. I value who I am and what I have to offer. I believe in myself 100%. I approve of myself and love myself deeply and completely. I am divine. CONFIDENCE (Day 2) When I breathe, I inhale confidence and exhale a lack of courage. I live in the present and I am confident about the future. I will always attract only the best of circumstances and the people that deserve me. I face difficult situations with courage and conviction. I always find a way, I am a victor. BEING PRESENT (Day 3) I own this day. Life is happening at this moment. Life is in session, and I am present. Today I control my destiny. I am grateful for today. FINANCES (Day 4) I release all resistance to attracting money; because I am worthy of positive cash flow. I give myself permission to prosper and grow; so I am open to receive wealth in many ways. I am worthy of all the richness I desire. I have the power to create success and build the wealth I desire. I am wealthy in more ways than one. PEACE (Day 5) I breathe in peace, I breathe out chaos and disorder. My world is a peaceful, loving, and joy-filled place to live. I surround myself with peaceful people. I release past anger and hurts and fill myself with serenity and peaceful thoughts. Peace descends all around me now and always. RELATIONSHIPS (Day 6) I am worthy of love and deserve to receive love in abundance. I know and trust that the Universe will only bring me loyal, supportive, and loving relationships. I open my heart to love and know that I deserve it. My relationship will be open, honest, and full of abundance. I let go of past relationships and look to the now and build the future. SELF LOVE! (Day 7) I believe in my dreams. I deserve all that my heart desires. I love myself for who I am. I am in charge of my happiness. I am bold, brave, and beautiful! Say ‘Me’ if you’re joining!
