Corrugator Operator MACHINE OPERATORS & WAREHOUSE QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Experience in operating folder-gluer. Must be able to set up straight line, 4-corners, 6-corners, crash bottom boxes. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to work independently and be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

BUNDLER/STACKER Assist the machine operator by preparing the machine for the production run according to the shop card. Prepare the stencil that stamps the product with identification. Clean and oil the machine daily. Order Pallets from the forklift driver according to the need expressed on the schedule. Responsible for having pallets at the machine for the finished product. Assist with running orders when the machine is ready by watching that they run continues and smoothly... without problems. If a problem arises such as a machine failure product quality is not to standard shortage of paper etc. notify the operator of the problem. May work with management maintenance and other company employees to fix the problem. Palletize the product according to the shop card and in a manner suitable for shipping. May be required to feed machine on occasion. Responsible for adhering to the ISO procedures and taking direction from the operator. See more
