We are selling baby chicks! We’ve got some Rhode Island Reds, Black Astrolopes, and Americanas. They’re about 3-4 weeks old and they’re so cute!! Stop by to pick up your batch of feather babies

Luis Perales is one of our strong men at C.L. Smith Hay and Grain. He’s probably stacked bales on your pick-up truck before and he does it with a smile! (Just zoom in on his face, he’s got a little grin ) He is turning 23 years old in about a week so be sure to say happy birthday if you see him! He is a car detailer (hit him up if you need his services) and dreams of owning a 1999 Toyota Supra. His favorite food is Chinese food and highly recommends Golden Moon if you want freshly made Chinese food. Regarding the Smith family, he is grateful for the opportunity to work here. He said They brought me back up during my hard times, so they were very helpful in getting me back on my feet again. He also hopes to become your future dentist!

Meet Nicolaus Contreras! He is one of our hay loaders here at C.L. Smith and has been working here since May of 2019. He’s 21 years old and is currently attending Mt. San Jacinto College to pursue a degree in Criminal Justice. If he’s not loading up your bales, he’s most likely eating a Subway sandwich on his break He values the work ethic that C.L. Smith instills in the business and he believes it’s a very rewarding job. Hard work pays off, he says, and I think we can all agree with him on that! Be sure to give Nic a hello and a thank you when he’s pulling down stacks for ya, he’s surely one we’d never want to let go!

Meet our furry mini donkeys! Nia (right) is the mother of lil’ Annie (left). Nia is due for another baby of hers and we are excited to keep you guys up to date on her. There’s more to the hay and grain business here at C.L. Smith, we’ve got a big family of animals (and humans) and we want you all to be a part of the Smith world!
