Finishing up this latest project in Rancho Peñasquitos. This was a major kitchen remodel with open concept focus. We removed multiple walls and achieved what was desired. Came out great and is hitting the market this weekend!

Our client was having some trouble with the drains around his poool deck so we decided to rip it all out and start over. This is the progress so far. Finished product will have nearly 4000square feet of Versailles pattern travertine pavers and over 800 sqft of tumbled toscana Belgard wall with double bull-nosed 2 thick travertine caps. There is over 700 feet of 4 drain system beneath it all. I will post more pictures of the finished product! Thanks to Neil Rodvold and Rock and Block Hardscape Supply for getting us all the materials we need to tackle a project like this!

After doing the first phase of this front yard transformation the owners had us come back and finish the rest off. We added a retaining wall with steps made from the same Belgard Castle Manor wall products available at Rock & Block Hardscape Supply as well as the a small paver path, Salt river rock and turf. We also added concrete parking to both sides of the driveway and caped the neighbors existing legacy wall with the same castle manor caps to tie it all in.

My wife is celebrating 10 years in business come one come all! Very proud of her!

Fire is for real

Removed existing concrete and repacked it with #belgard pavers and built belgard #castlemanor courtyard wall. Big transformation!

Bathroom transformation! All work was done in house with no subs other than the cabinets done by Finish Carpentry Creations.

Here is another bathroom transformation completed recently. Can't find the before pictures but trust me it is a big change! This project boasts custom Quartz counter tops that match the shower surround. Marble hour glass accent wall, wood plank tile flooring, with stained matched crown and base to match the vanity cabinet. The new leaded glass window replacement is the topper and the picture does not do it justice!
