We are seeking Motivators to join our TEAM! We are a local non-profit organization that serves adults with disabilities. We are making a positive impact in the lives of the people we serve! As a 1:1 coach, you are responsible for assisting your direct-hire participant with daily work tasks. You are his/her support system when he/she is at work. Coaches are responsible for making sure participants are on time to work daily and completing all assigned tasks to the best of th...eir availability. We are seeking coaches that will Teach, Motivate and Praise our participants, so they can continue to Strive. Location: Orange County Hours: Hours vary, morning and afternoon shifts available. Travel Required: Surrounding cities in OC. CM compensates for mileage (IRS rate) Presentation, grooming, and dress-code are vital to the success of the participant.
